Digital products

We sell digital goods (e.g. workflows, archives, presets) as described on each product page. Some offers relate to adult-oriented creative tooling; you must be of legal age where you live.

Contract

A purchase contract is formed when you complete checkout via PayPal for the selected product at the displayed price. You warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery & downloads

After payment clears, we provide access to your purchase via a personal download link (e.g. by email and/or on the order success page). Links may be time-limited or revoked in cases of abuse. What is included is defined solely by the product description valid at the time of purchase.

Private license — no redistribution

Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise (e.g. a commercial or extended license), your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own private purposes.

• You must not publish, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the purchased files or substantial parts of them available to third parties — including via file hosts, code repositories, marketplaces, forums, torrents, or social channels.
• You must not redistribute the download as your own product, sample pack, or bundle for resale, or offer it for download by others, without our prior written permission and, where applicable, a separate license.
• Republication of purchased content (whether free or paid), or any act that makes it publicly obtainable beyond your personal devices, is prohibited.
• Backup copies solely for your own archival use on equipment you control are permitted. Any further reproduction requires our written consent unless mandatory law says otherwise.
• If a product page explicitly allows broader use (for example commercial use of outputs you generate), that extended permission applies only as stated there and does not authorise redistribution of the original download package or seller materials.

Intellectual property

All rights not expressly granted remain with NudeLab (or our licensors). Names, branding, and presentation must not be used to imply affiliation or endorsement without permission.

Warranty & liability

Digital goods are provided as described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential damage is excluded; liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. Mandatory statutory consumer rights stay in force where they apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that purchase. For new orders after an update, the current Terms apply.
